How was your tour?

Scan with your phone camera

Example: A printed QR card for one tour. Business-card size, 85 × 55 mm.

One inbox for every review, most urgent first

Google, Tripadvisor, GetYourGuide and Viator in one list. Each review says why it ranks where it does, and the reply is already drafted.

How it works

Ask

Every guest, asked the same way

Each tour gets its own QR card. Guests scan it at the end of the tour, pick where they booked, and land on that platform's review form. You see scans per tour and per guide.

Every guest sees the same four choices. Nobody gets filtered out.

Example: What guests see after scanning a card

Answer

Every review answered in the guest's language

Reviews from all four platforms land in one inbox, most urgent first. Each one comes with a reply drafted in the guest's language that fits the platform's rules, like GetYourGuide's 400-character limit. Read it, adjust it, send it.

2★ on Viator: “Waited 40 minutes at the wrong spot”

Old Town Food Walk · Tom_and_Jess

The meeting point pin on the confirmation was a block off. We waited 40 minutes, called twice, and joined halfway through the second stop. Food was good but we missed half of it. Not what we paid for.

On the 1st of each month you get five lines: new reviews per platform, your rating as each platform reports it, reply rate, QR scans, and an estimated range for what it means in bookings.

On GetYourGuide, travelers are nearly 4× as likely to book an activity with five reviews as one with none.

That figure compares activities with five reviews against activities with no reviews yet, so it matters most for new listings.

Questions

  • Do you filter out unhappy guests?

Never. Every guest who scans a card sees the same choices, whatever kind of day they had. Asking only happy guests breaks Google's rules, and it hides the feedback you most need to hear.

  • Do you write reviews?

No. Guests write their own reviews on the platform where they booked. We never write, edit or post a review for anyone, and we never offer guests discounts or gifts for reviewing.

  • Where can you post replies?

On Google, your reply posts straight from your inbox. Tripadvisor, GetYourGuide and Viator don't let other tools post, so one click copies your reply and opens the right page. You paste it and send.

  • What happens to my QR cards if I cancel?

They keep working. Guests who scan a card still land on your review pages. Only scan counts and the monthly report stop.

  • What counts as a tour?

One experience you sell, however many platforms list it. A food walk listed on Google, Tripadvisor, GetYourGuide and Viator is one tour.
